TERMS OF SERVICE

Pupstoria Corp. provides reliable and trustworthy pet care services. By using our services, clients waive any claims against Pupstoria Corp. unless gross negligence is involved. Pupstoria Corp. is not responsible for any damage caused by pets while the sitter/walker is not present or for any accidents, escapes, or complications that pets may suffer while unattended. Pupstoria Corp. is also not responsible for the loss, injury, death, or actions of any pet that is left outside or instructed to be let outside while the sitter/walker is not present. All pets must have a current rabies vaccination history, and aggressive pets are not accepted. Dogs must be walked on a leash or harness, and if pets exhibit aggressive behavior that poses a risk to the walker or prevents them from caring for the pet, service will not be provided. Pupstoria Corp. will not be responsible for any keys that the client has asked to be mailed.

Payment Arrangement

Thank you for choosing Pupstoria! We require payment in advance for all services, which can be conveniently made online. Once payment is received, we will confirm your booking and assign a handler to your pet. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 4 hours in advance to receive a credit refund for use on the schedule. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment. We accept payment online. Thank you for entrusting your pet's care to us!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel all or part of your service, please notify Pupstoria Corp. as soon as possible. Cancellations are allowed up to 4 hours before the scheduled walk. If the service is cancelled while we are en route or have arrived at your home, no refund or credit will be issued. Early returns for vacationers are also non-refundable. Please keep in mind that we reserve time specifically for you and may have turned away other clients, especially during busy holiday seasons. Your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated. Once you have returned, please notify Pupstoria Corp. so we can confirm that your pet(s) is/are back in your care.

Visit Policy

Our regular visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Any visit outside of these hours will be charged an extra fee. We expect all visits to be made within a two-hour window of the scheduled time. We cannot guarantee a specific time due to factors such as pet illnesses, traffic, or bad weather. However, pets with medical needs or special requirements will be given priority. Please note that our handlers are not able to fulfill personal requests.

Emergencies

Client agrees to give Pupstoria Corp. permission to handle any emergencies that may happen. Pupstoria Corp. will try to contact the client first. If the client cannot be reached, Pupstoria Corp. will handle the situation as they see fit. In the event of bad weather or natural disasters, the client must have a backup plan in place to take care of their pets, as Pupstoria Corp. is not responsible for pets during these circumstances.

Inclement/Severe Weather

If severe weather occurs, the following plan will be activated by Pupstoria Corp.:

1) We will try to reach your home safely;

2) The service schedule may be changed, interrupted, or cancelled based on our assessment;

3) If it is not safe to drive to your home, we will notify your emergency contact as soon as possible;

4) We will inform you that the contingency plan is in effect.

Updates

Upon completion of the service, Pupstoria Corp. will send a text message to update the client. It is the client's responsibility to keep Pupstoria Corp. informed of any changes in their pet's care, health, behavior, or other relevant information.

Medications/Vaccinations

Pupstoria Corp. strictly prohibits the provision of service to any pet with any form of contagious illness. We require all pets to have the appropriate vaccinations, immunizations, and flea and tick treatments before the start of any service.

Leashes

All dogs must be leashed during the walk and under the supervision of the handler. If a pet has issues with leash control or aggression, or is not properly trained on a leash, the dog will remain on the client's property. The client is responsible for providing a suitable leash for their pet.

Access to Your Home by Others

If Client grants access to any other individual(s) to enter their home during the contractual period with Pupstoria Corp., Pupstoria Corp. shall not be held responsible for any damage to the Client's property or pets as a result. Kindly inform Pupstoria Corp. in advance if there will be someone in your home during the service period.

Key Copies and Access to Your Home

Clients are required to provide a functional set of keys for entry to their homes. As a precaution for power outages and delicate garage door openers, in addition to the garage door opener or keypad codes, the client must provide a key to a door. Even if the pet is strictly outdoors, the client must still allow access to their home in the event of an emergency, inclement weather, or for restroom breaks. If a client opts not to keep their key(s) on file with Pupstoria Corp., there is a $10 fee for each key pickup or drop-off.

The terms of the policies apply to all pets owned by the client, including any new pets the client obtains on or after the date the Terms of Service were accepted, at any location the owner designates for service.
